With diversity and inclusion at the forefront of today’s progressive businesses and organisations, Lynne Parker talks to academic, writer and producer Justine Sless and comedian Rachel Creeger about how their ethnicity has informed their creative practice. Funny Women was created nearly 20 years ago because of the lack of visibility for women in comedy and there’s still a need to build awareness and tolerance around ethnicity, culture, ability, age and gender. Lynne works regularly with both guests - Rachel as performer and advisor and Justine is Funny Women’s regional producer in Australia.
