This episode is about two brothers, who, after 40 years of healthy collaboration in business, fell into conflict. The conflict exploded tremendously causing them to not speaking to each other for sometime. The older brother hired a carpenter, who stopped by with his toolbox looking for work. The job he was given to do was to build a fence around the older brother's farm so that he wouldn't have to look at the younger brother's farm. However, after the older brother left to purchase building materials in town, instead of building a fence, the carpenter built a bridge between the two farms. Eventually the two brothers crossed over the bridge, shook hand and resolved their differences. The moral of the story is that we should always be prepared to employ the right tool from our toolbox to solved a problem when the job requires it.
