在这一期，我从我们每个人息息相关的问题-闲暇时间分配的问题入手，引入的是亚里士多德《尼各马可伦理学》中的道德德性的视角。提出时间管理并不是真的命题，成为节制的人可能才是真的命题。在进一步阐明了人的行为和德性的关系，人的实践是怎样，他的品质就会怎样。在进一步引入快乐和痛苦的感受，提出快乐痛苦既可以作为训练的对象，也可以作为德性获得的评判表征。最后我提出德性养成的三个方法：感受力、适度和规避恶。
