After three years in the Name, Image and Likeness world of collegiate athletics, the University of North Carolina has moved to the umbrella approach and has launched Carolina NIL, an all-sports collective merging Heels4Life and the Secondary Break Club as well as other sport collectives managing the school’s 28 programs.
