This week on Invasion of the Podcast I am joined by my wife Mary as we talk about all things Disney's The Haunted Mansion. We get into the some of the history of attraction, why it is still appealing to guests 50 plus years later, and the first attempt at a live action adaptation with the 2003 Eddie Murphy led film. We talk about what the film gets right and (mostly) gets wrong, and how best to translate a ride to film. Then we briefly talk about what we can hope for in the recently released 2023 film.
