On today's Mental Health Monday episode, I am sharing about how I spent years running from and trying to escape the pain, when really, what I needed to do was feel the pain, acknowledge the pain, and once I did this I would finally be able to move through the pain. I am sharing about how Faith, AA, therapy & head meds literally saved the trajectory of my life.
