THE EIFFEL TOWER: The most famous monument in Paris and visited by seven million people each year, reopened on Thursday (25), after being closed for more than three months. Nearly 50 visitors and many journalists awaited the reopening of the tower. And at the moment, it will be possible to climb only to the second floor (in a total of three), wearing a mask. France is beggining to ease the lockdown. INTERNATIONAL POLITICS: Russia has begun voting on constitutional reforms that could allow President Vladimir Putin to serve another two terms in office. The Report was published on Thursday by Humanists International. NEW LAWS: For months Brazil's president Jair Bolsonaro has made little about the severity of the pandemic, when the outbreak began, he said that it was "a little cold".
