Her collection of poems explore the journey from abandonment and loneliness to forgiveness and ultimately, self-love. We discussed her book and the meaning behind the title, the stigma behind the term "Daddy issues" and how it is associated mostly with women, also self-love and how someone can learn to love themselves in spite of pain.
