Today's episode of The Lead With Trust Show is the conclusion of our two-part series on the Four Seasons of Partnering. In last week's show, Sue explained why there's a seasonality to partnering, just as there is to nature. She shared a story that illustrated this concept, as well as what happens when the partnering process becomes an afterthought, or doesn't receive the resources it once did. Sue also demonstrated the dangers of ignoring the natural seasons that the partnering process falls into, as well as why failing to understand this natural cycle can lead to false expectations, frustration, and failed projects.

In part two, Sue takes a closer look at each of the seasons, and the lessons that are there to be learned.

She outlines why many projects exist in an adversarial and even dog-eat-dog type of environment, where everyone is only looking out for their own interests - a 'siloed' environment where nothing can grow or prosper.

The many pitfalls of each season are discussed, along with methods for mitigating and even avoiding them altogether. Sue offers insights from her own extensive experience to help yield even greater results from your partnering framework.

Join Sue for part one of this eye-opening discussion around the four seasons of partnering!
