我今天又去了上海的Five Guys。這次點了熱狗，仍然覺得非常好吃。
有趣的是，我發現在美國行得通的行銷策略，在中國卻可能遇到阻礙。Five Guys的評價在大眾點評只有3.9分，並且有許多不好的評價。比如說，Five Guys的薯條通常都會灑在袋子裡，而中國的大眾點評上有許多人表示這很不衛生並且覺得員工訓練不好，但其實Five Guys 在訓練員工時，是故意讓員工「多加一勺」，塞滿整個薯條桶，這樣客戶也會覺得更划算。另一個就是Five Guys 知名的薯條，有評論覺得油炸帶皮，皮長得不一樣代表品管不好，或者是有黑色棕色的油炸痕跡等。但對我來說，這就是使用天然的薯條油炸的證明，非加工最好吃。
