Namaste dear one. Today, there is inspiration to explore with you this question: What color are your thoughts? Using visualization, we reflect on various experiences of happiness / beauty, love, and peace. We identify the color of the collective energy of those visualizations and harness the power of those colors to facilitate healing and calm in our own bodies and all that surrounds us. If multiple colors arise, you may want to experiment with sitting with, harnessing, and spreading each color. Notice which colors feel most wonderful and powerful. Namaste.
