Lobsterrではここ最近、エンタメ、コンテンツ、飲食など多くの分野で同質化が進んでいるというトレンドを紹介してきました。しかし、そうしたモノカルチャー化が曲がり角を迎え、全てがカルト化する（Cultification）という、新しいトレンドが生まれています。
ここでいうカルトの定義は、主流派を批判し、それが悪いものである、あるいは壊れているという考えを中心に組織される新興の運動。カルト化は宗教よりもはるかに広い分野で起きています。
SNSや政治の世界で具体的に何が起きているか、どのように新しいグループが形成され、それが求心力を得ていくか。さらにカルトとファンダムの違いなどについてLobsterrの2人が話しました。
