Catherine Eddowes wurde am 30. September 1888 auf dem Mitre Square in der City of London ermordet aufgefunden. Sie gilt als das vierte Opfer des unbekannten Whitechapel-Mörders, der unter dem Namen "Jack the Ripper" in die Geschichte einging. Wir erinnern uns heute an ihr Leben, nicht an ihren grausamen Tod. Dafür besuchen wir u.a. Wolverhampton, wo "Chick" oder "Kate" herkam und gehen auf ihr Leben im Londoner East End ein.
