Today’s true crime case is about a German cannibal that found a willing victim that wanted to be slaughtered and eaten. He dismembered the entire body of his victim so that he could store the parts in his freezer, which he proceeded to eat over the following 10 months. The entire process was recorded on videotape by the pair and would later be used as evidence in the case against Armin Meiwes. The unprecedented case proved problematic for German lawyers who discovered that cannibalism was not illegal in Germany and still isn’t.

Shoutout to Colton Carnley with CX3 for everything he has done to help us get this podcast up and running. We, quite literally, couldn’t do it without him. Also, thank you to Paul Jones with Auralation Music for all of his help with audio engineering.
