Esta Jutbah habla sobre la realidad del creyente y del incrédulo cuando llega la muerte. Cuando el tiempo establecido para la muerte llega y la vida de la persona se acerca a su fin, Allah envía a los Ángeles de la muerte para que extraigan el alma que controla y da vida al cuerpo. Dice Allah en el Corán: “Y Él tiene total dominio sobre Sus siervos. Envía a vosotros Ángeles custodios hasta que os llega la muerte, y entonces Nuestros enviados [los Ángeles de la muerte] se encargan de recoger vuestras almas y no olvidan nada [de lo que les hemos ordenado].” (6:61)
