In this episode of the LEC Podcast we talk with Mr. Richard Hebert. Richard has been a 4-H volunteer since the early 90's and was a graduate of the pilot class of the Master Horsemen Program. He's been running the State 4-H Horse Camp since 2004 and has even been inducted into the La 4-H Hall of Fame.
