She is in the last phase of completing her PhD in Business Psychology. She is the owner of Collective Career Consulting, which offers career coaching, organizational development, and DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) strategies. Carlotta and I sat down to discuss systemic racism and how planning systemically and strategically will help to combat it.
