This is the first episode in this podcast designed to help mums learn how to make time, get dating, find love, and most importantly, learn to love themselves.
I'll be introducing myself and telling you a little bit about how I got to be a Love, Sex, and Relationship coach who works only with mums. I discuss some of the issues I've encountered being a mum, becoming single, my current relationship, and the ongoing journey. More importantly, I will be telling you all about M.I.LF. School and why it's just that platform we need to start changing the narrative around how we view single mums as a society, and how we as mums feel about ourselves.
