I'm blessed to be able to have daily conversations with people about growth. About ways they can drastically improve the quality of their lives. About how they can achieve what feels impossible. As I continue to evolve my understanding of the psychology of change I hear things differently than most people do. I hear what people are really saying...more importantly...what's standing in their way. What's unfortunate is most people don't hear it...it's their story...they continue to tell it over and over again. The only way to change your story is to wake up to hearing it. Have a listen and see if you've woken up.
