As I continue this journey of exploration of both my inner and outer worlds I've developed a habit of observing and understanding the behaviors of the people around me. What are they doing and why...assessing what they're feeling by the way they move their bodies. Are they awake or sleep walking through life. As I was in this practice the most interesting perspective came to my mind that was an immediate game changer for me and I believe will be for you as well.
