I have met Carolina many years ago in Brussels, when she was part of the group LeaderShe. Even back then I knew that Carolina, along with the other wonderful young women that I met, is on a very ambitious path.

After founding a nutrition project in Moldova with Irina Zuza, she decided upon the suggestion of a friend to study law in Moldova. She took it very seriously, as well as everything that she does. After finishing the Bachelor degree, she decided to apply for a Master degree in Maastricht and Rotterdam and she luckily received a scholarship in the latter. She was so grateful for that as she couldn’t afford living and studying abroad at the time, that she now founded a program with another Moldovan lady that will help financially students from Moldova who want to study abroad.

While in Rotterdam, Carolina applied for an internship in Luxembourg at the European Investment Bank so her path took her to a different location, where she continues living and working today. She is an Associate at Arendt & Medernach and that didn’t come easily of course and she worked very hard to prove herself as you will find out in the podcast.

If that doesn’t seem impressive enough, she also passed her bar in a language that she wasn’t speaking at the time: French.

But she also acknowledges the importance to make time to live your life fully, relax, travel etc and we covered all that and more on the podcast.

Listen to this episode because it is more than inspirational.

You can find Carolina on Facebook if you have questions about the program for students.
