Are you overwhelmed by clutter? Overstimulated easily? Sensitive to noise, touch, caffeine, or sensory input in general? You may be a highly sensitive person, like me. Being an HSP has impacted my parenting in huge ways, including how I respond to sensory input, touch, and noise (hello, two boys!)

In this interview on the Failing Motherhood Podcast, I talk about my struggles with anger in my early motherhood and how I was able to cope - by decluttering, simplifying, and also therapy, medication, mindfulness, and other strategies.
