Kebijakan Gubernur Bali I Wayan Koster yang menggratiskan penyewaan stan untuk para Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) mendapat respon positif dari para peserta pameran dalam ajang Pesta Kesenian Bali (PKB) ke-41 di Taman Budaya, Denpasar. Terbukti meningkatnya jumlah IKM yang turut serta berpameran. Namun sayang para pelaku IKM kecewa karena stan yang didapatkan cukup sempit akibat keterbatasan ketersediaan tempat.
