When Caroline started it was a new beginning, and he listened to all the stations, but Caroline was his favourite by far. Later he became a singer in a band, then started doing discos when he was 18. Born in London, England Phil played in bands in college but got his first big break in the music business in 1980 when a call from Simon Kirke to join the band Wildlife on the Swan Song label. After that band Phil worked with Jimmy Page for a bit and over the years has played with Ozzy Osbourne, Johnny Halladay, Beggars & Thieves, Billy Idol, Vince Neil, Gilby Clarke, John Waite and more..... and currently is in the band Last In Line w/ Vinny Appice, Andrew Freeman and Vivian Campbell.
