今年是解嚴31年，長達38年的戒嚴，影響了台灣的這一代人。戒嚴時代政府推廣很多歌，有些也超流行，但時空環境轉變後，當然也就很難聽到，《那些年，我們一起唱的歌》單元，每次一個主題，挑選適合的歌曲，用歌詞的一到兩句來說故事，讓聽眾就像搭上了小叮噹的「任意門」，回到當時那個年代。主要目的向兩岸聽眾介紹，戒嚴時代政府都在推廣什麼歌曲。
