Brianna is a Rutgers University graduate from Linden, New Jersey who advocates the importance of mental health and holistic healing through different practices like yoga and affirmations. She received her Yoga certification in Thailand, a big leap that she had to take even though it wasn't something her parents were too excited about. Brianna has had her own stages of distress, which plays a huge role in why she is so vocal and passionate towards spreading unconditional love.
