We all know that pregnancy and birth change us emotionally and physically, but getting comfortable sharing the details isn't something a lot of new parents do. These recordings are from The Sacramento Postpartum Body Project — a project created by Shari at Navigating Parenthood where she interviewed each new mama and Ronnie Joy of Joy Lifestyle Photography took photos of them as they were in that moment of postpartum with their babies.
