Disney expects it will pay NBCU approximately $8.61 billion, representing NBCU’s percentage of the $27.5 billion guaranteed floor value for Hulu that was set when the companies entered into their agreement in 2019 minus the anticipated outstanding capital call contributions payable by NBCU to Disney.~* 迪士尼需要付出86.1亿美金的价格，按照27.5B的最低价格来完成收购。 如果我们不算之前福克斯的收购案里面Hulu股份的估值，单独把这个NBC手里的Hulu股份单独看做是一个公司来算的话。这个收购的价格超过了当年收购漫威的40亿美金，以及收购卢卡斯影业的40.5亿美金。同时也超过了收购专门做直播技术的BAMtech的38亿美金。甚至超过了当年收购皮克斯的74亿美金的价格（当然没有算入通货膨胀） 应该来说，这是相当相当重的一笔收购了，为什么好像新闻没什么人提及呢？因为这笔收购其实在2019年就已经基本上确认了。 Disney已经在宣布收购剩余的股份之后就迫不及待地把Hulu和Disney整合的Beta版本已经放在美国本土先行实验了。连广告都整了一版新的。 为什么这么着急呢？显然是因为二者合二为一之后可以进一步加强广告效果，出海获得市场，扩大片源的曝光度，以及最终减少Churn（用户流失率）。
