People are back from summer holidays, the kids are back in school, and it's it's time to get back into the swing of things.
Some people are gearing up for the fall, but in real estate, we are preparing for the Second Spring! Consistently over the years, we know that there's a flurry sales activity before we see a drop off of before the Christmas holidays.
