"We were there to fail," explains Sixties Scoop survivor and special guest Darcy Belanger. The Government created policy that made it easy to take children from their homes. They called it adoption, survivors call it cultural genocide. The connection was broken and while the Children's Aid Society is apologizing and the government is laying money on the table, there isn't a sum that justifies what happened to Darcy and others like him.
