This week I'm thrilled to have my friend Mollie Bodensteiner join us to discuss the connection between PartnerOps and RevOps. We didn't cover everything I wanted to cover, but we did manage to chat about:

  • The evolving definition and significance of Partner Ops roles.
  • The evolution of operations at Deel, where we first ran into one another
  • How PartnerOps is more than RevOps (prepare to be seen!)
  • Pillars of Operations (straight gold)
  • How to re-center a meeting and focus on productive conversations
  • The structure of RevOps and her varied placements in hierarchies
  • "Your data doesn't suck - your process sucks."
  • Pay scales and current trends

And that's not all.. because when I get on the horn with Mollie I can't help but interrupt, ask more questions, validate with my own experience, and drive us all over the place.
Want to learn more about Mollie?

I'll definitely work to have Mollie join us again the in the future and we'll strive to finish all the questions I didn't get to today. Give her a follow and let me know what else we should have covered!
Until next time, good luck Partnering!
