Dealing with physical pain, whether it's chronic or acute, can be a discouraging experience. Not only does pain effect our physical well-being, but it also has a significant impact on our emotional and mental states. However, there is growing evidence that mindfulness can play a crucial role in breaking the negative cycle of pain and effectively managing it.
