Why does someone want to place a moment on their skin? Something that will always be there, reminding them of an event, a person, or even a thought. Listen as Deborah Pfingston and Tony Carey discuss what they know from their different sides of the tattoo.
In Episode Four, Deborah and Tony talk with Lindsey Parker and Adrienne Carey. Lindsey is a high school English teacher and several of her tattoo reflect her love for literature. Adrienne is, also, a high school teacher (the sciences), a Roller Derby girl, and Tony's wife. Why did both of these amazing women got their tattoos? Is being a 'tattoo lady' set them apart in our culture? Listen and hear their stories.
