On this episode of the Performance Mindset podcast, Amy welcomes Antje Pepper, co-founder of KEEP>GOING First Aid. Antje is originally from Germany, met her American husband in New Zealand, and they ultimately settled in the United States. Their business started when they realized there was a real need for first aid kits geared toward families, leading to the foundation of KEEP>GOING First Aid. Antje and her husband spent nearly two years traveling with their young family, and this summer, they’re taking their four children to Germany for a year.

Antje is a master of self-care, focus, and adaptability. In her conversation with Amy, she shares some of the strategies that have been instrumental in her success at home and in business.
