Joel's professional journey began at RBC, where he navigated various strategy and operations roles across Personal & Commercial Banking and Technology & Operations. Starting out in RBC’s Leadership Development program, he eventually landed in the innovation space where he led multiple programs and teams. This experience exposed Joel to the growing tech ecosystem in Toronto and planted the seed for his entrepreneurial pursuits.
