“It’s incredibly important to be open to the opinions and the experiences of those people who will be using a service and actually doing something with their voices as well.” Sarah McCarthy is a Diversity and Inclusion consultant who has been working with large corporates to help them design inclusion programs for women from marginalised communities. Her passion for creating more inclusive spaces for women has also lead her to create a mentoring program for LGBTQIA+ Women.
