年末最後の収録として、ホテルオークラ福岡 広東料理 桃花林（樋場正人料理長）を会場にスタッフが集まり今年の締めくくりの試食会を行った。参加したのは、西田親生、清崎誠、三森英 正の３名。実は同料理長不在のため副料理長が担当したが、侮れない料理に皆逸品満喫を味わっていたようだ。日頃ビデオカメラを回 す清崎誠。今日はまったりと食に専念していて、ビデオカメラはいつの間にか定点撮影となってしまった。^^
