Pan African Resources PLC CEO Cobus Loots takes Proactive's Stephen Gunnion through the highlights of the company's operational update for the year to 30 June 2024. Loots highlighted the company's operational successes over the past year, including meeting production and cost guidance, improved safety, and the upcoming commissioning of the Mintails operation in South Africa. Loots elaborated on the performance of the surface tailings at Elikhulu and BTRP, noting their status as some of the lowest-cost gold producers in Africa with a promising lifespan.
