****PLEASE SHARE AND HELP SPREAD THE WORD OF PROPENOMIX**** This week tucks into a juicy macro week including the money and credit report (figures on mortgage approvals, the money supply, and consumer credit), house prices according to nationwide, the yields of course and then looks into several ONS "real-time" reports of interest, and the Zoopla April report to boot. I then (try to) draw it all together to give you a view on the interest rate over the coming months - and remind you of one thing. In every hiking cycle, the central Bank starts cutting interest rates TOO LATE. The incumbents are aware of that, but that doesn't mean it is time to start cutting yet. They really, really, don't have an easy job!
