They transitioned into green technology alongside property to increase their turnover. Facing challenges like the pandemic and energy price fluctuations, they adopted a consultancy approach, focusing on short-term contracts to assist clients.

Both Michelle and Craig also share deep family motivations and Michelle's mother became their initial investor to kickstart their journey.
