Hilft Sport gegen Schlafprobleme? Als ich vor ca 10 Jahren diese Frage meinem Professor (einer der renommiertesten Schlafforscher Deutschlands) stellte, lautete die Antwort zu meinem Erstaunen "Nein". Damals lagen einfach noch nicht genügend belastbare klinische Studien vor, in denen die Auswirkungen sportlicher Betätigung auf unseren Schlaf untersucht worden wären. Heute liegen dagegen immerhin mehr als 22 Einzelstudien mit mehr als 1800 Versuchspersonen vor.
