Oh yeah, you heard us correctly. CRISPR will be involved in the first gene editing on pork. This means as soon as the FDA gets their pockets lined, this "gene edited" meat will be on our dinner tables. We will get to watch our kids eat the latest technology in what will probably trickle up to humans. And if that doesn't scare the hell out of you (as it should), this project starts rather soon! Within two years! This is all under the guise of preventing viruses that affect the income the hog farming market. It's basically a stop-loss. Get involved and talk about this with us.
