Do you enjoy filling out surveys? Most of you will say no.
Yet we still expect our employees to fill out surveys to provide us feedback or input on something "we" care about.
Why would they do that? What's in it for them?
Surveys don't usually get filled out until an employee gets super frustrated and starts ranting about their issues on a survey.
There's a better way to truly understand our knowledge workers to be able to properly support them.
That's the topic of this episode - using user behavioral analytics to empathize, understand and provide solutions for our employees.
Result: better retention of employees and a happier workforce.
