Neben der Grundausbildung für Radiomacher*innen, die eine eigene regelmäßige Sendung starten wollen, bietet die Radiofabrik eine Vielzahl von Workshops für Gruppen von Kindern, Jugendlichen oder Erwachsenen an. Die meisten finden an und mit Schulen statt, aber auch die außerschulische Jugendarbeit und Erwachsenenbildung nutzen gerne dieses Angebot. In all diesen Workshops entstehen Radiosendungen, die natürlich auch auf der Radiofabrik ausgestrahlt werden. Außerdem sind sie zeitlich unbegrenzt hier als Podcast nachhörbar.
