This is my inaugural podcast. I thought it good to start at the point where officers are thinking about going for promotion to Sergeant, Inspector or Chief Inspector. In this episode, I discuss behavioural frameworks (CVF), force promotion processes, the importance of preparing ahead, mindset, and avoiding common simple mistakes officers often make.
