Once people learn you are a Realtor, they decide you need their advice on how to be successful. Doesn't matter if it's your uncle who has never been a Realtor (or in sales), or the checker at the grocery store - everyone knows best. You'll also run into hundreds of agents on social media who will tell you the only way to succeed is to do everything their way because it works for them.
