Dr. John Maxwell authored a powerful book on leadership, over 25 years ago, entitled "The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership. Law #3 was a simple one-word best practice, PROCESS. Dr. Maxwell wrote almost entirely about using the process to motivate the people you lead, but he also reminded me that having a process for living a successful personal and professional life is vital. In my book, "RESOLVE: Your Blueprint for Intentional Success" I define the word resolve as "Having a Definite, Firm Plan of Action." That PLAN is the PROCESS.
