Conflict in our intimate relationships is inevitable.

When we’re faced with a conflict in an intimate relationship we’re trying to achieve two goals at the same time. Maintain a connection with our person and our autonomy. It can be challenging to stay connected when we feel like our personal goals and desires are at risk.
