In this three-part podcast Kimberly Lewis, alongside three parents with school-aged children, examines the challenges and peer pressure faced when providing children with access to social media and the immense need for assistance in establishing good digital hygiene and creating good digital citizens. This podcast offers a very personal look into these challenges and what parents are doing to confront cyberbullying. In this episode, the conversation covers the topic of how they talked to their children about cyberbullying or plan to address this topic when the time comes. The conversation dives into their urgent need for assistance on the topic of social media, cyberbullying, and how to raise their children to be good digital citizens. Additionally, we discuss the difficulty of teaching children that what they do today can impact them in the future.
Kimberly Lewis is AVP, of Underwriting Execution at PURE Insurance and is responsible for process improvement and standardization to increase underwriting effectiveness and consistency of decision-making. Kimberly is also responsible for managing underwriting technology enhancements to improve the ease of risk selection and usability. She has over 20 years of experience in the personal insurance space, with the last 16 years spent at PURE Insurance.
