In this episode I sit down with Andy, a brewer in training at Grid City Beer Works. We sit down in the tap room at Salt Flats Brewing. Andy is an Angelino who is now living in Salt Lake City, UT. Andy and I discuss how his beer journey lead him to leave Los Angeles for the mountains of Utah. From his start at a local liquor store to Uintah Brewing to a career move to Grid City Beer Works. We discuss new releases to core beers. Andy recommends two of his go to breweries in Los Angeles and breweries he recommends when friends and family are in town. Andy discusses how being a sponge of information is what he needs to be right now in his career. We finish the episode with Andy telling us how he came to know Uintah Brewing, which eventually would be his first brewery he would work for.
